To prevent further damage, students should reduce electronic device usage and spend more time outdoors. With the popularity of modern communication technology, smartphones have become widespread among high school students due to their outstanding functions. So a survey was conducted among students.
As can be seen from the chart, students spent an hour and a half on phones on average in 2020, while the time doubled in 2021.
