Dear Mike,
I visited Mount Tai with my parents last week. It lies in the middle part of Shandong Province with a total area of 426 square kilometres. It is one of the greatest wonders of the natural world. Millions of visitors visit it every year. We arrived there on the afternoon of last Friday. The next day, we got up early and went climbing the mountain.
On the way to the top, we enjoyed the beautiful sights of ancient buildings and trees, strange rocks, a sea of clouds and so on. It took us about four hours to reach the top. I was tired then. However, when I stood on the top and saw the beautiful sights, I was very happy. We remained on the top for about two hours before going down. It was a wonderful trip.
