In China, people like green tea best. It tastes nice. The tea leaves are thick and look like green buds(芽).
It makes people live longer(活得更久). It also makes brain(大脑) more active(更有活力). It is effective in improving memory.
Oolong teas are traditionally rolled, twisted or curled into tight balls. The color of the leaves can vary（变化） from green to golden or brown.
It is effective in reducing（减少）fat. We can lose weight with oolong tea. Besides, Oolong tea can lower blood fat. Oolong tea is also helpful to absorb（吸收）Vitamin C. Don’t drink oolong tea when your stomach is empty.
Black tea is known as red tea which describes the color of tea. It is bright red. It has a tight , thin and strip shape.
It can warm the stomach gently which is more suitable for women. It helps reduce（降低）the blood pressure（血压）and the risk（风险）of diabetes.（糖尿病）It can protect you from different health diseases such as stroke（中风） and heart attack.（心脏病）
