Part C: Story Time
一、教材分析
本课属于故事教学，通过故事创设真实的 ( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )情景，巩固本单元核心语料。故事讲述的是青蛙不小心碰到了想吃掉它的蛇，聪明的青蛙积极地开动脑筋，骗过了蛇，从蛇口逃生的一次经历，是孩子感兴趣的话题。语言知识主要涉及I am hungry. What do you do I can …等句型。从情感态度价值方面来说，要培养学生遇事爱开动脑筋的习惯。故事教学要突出“讲故事”，特别是要引导学生观察故事中的人、物、环境，通过师生互动共同来理解故事。教学重点是理解故事，而不是语音、词汇和语法。 21教育网
二、学情分析
围绕“话题”进行教学。本课话题为讨论事 ( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )物特征，利用话题创设真实语境，增强学生在语境中的语言能力。本课设计力图打破传统的教学流程，体现“整体呈现，分步训练”的故事教学要求。让学生先整体感知，在故事的具体情景中学习、巩固、运用新的语言知识。21cnjy.com
教学目标—通过看故事、读故事等方式，让学生了解故事，初步感知本单元的核心语料：

Step 1 Warm up1、教师热情地和学生打招呼，与学生问候T: Hello, everyoneDog, dog, what can you do I can run after教师和学生一起做chant完毕，老师提问学生T: I will ask you a question., What can you do 2、学生与教师问候Ss: Hello,Mrs.qing. Nice to meet you ,too.学生仔细听口令，一边说一边做动作学生仔细听口令，一边说一边做动作 学生根据自己的实际情况，回答I can… 通过师生相互问候和 chant游戏，能创设英语学习气氛，活跃课堂，拉近师剩关系。课前简单的交流，走近了学生的心灵世界，而且又能复习了与本课相关的句型，调动了学生的积极性。
Step 2 Let’s learn story1、播放课件,引导学生回答所提出的四个问题，并用简笔画把故事展现出来。再出示问题，解释题意，让学生带着问题再看故事，播放多媒体动画，督促学生仔细观察，认真聆听。2、带着四个问题，欣赏完整的故事仔细观察老师的表现，理解的含义，并能看懂简笔画学生带着问题看故事，仔细观察动物画，认真倾听，并根据故事内容回答问题 借助多媒体的动画效果吸引学生的注意力，让学生整体感知故事利用简笔画直观手段勾画情境，让学生易于理解故事内容让学生带着任务去听，进一步领会故事情境

Step 6 End Play a “I can help” song and sing it together. At last, the lesson is over. 在歌声中结束我们的新课，再一次巩固教学内容，也把教学再一次推向高潮。
