如赞成的观点：get information, be helpful to, make friends 等;
反对的观点:a waste of time, be harmful to 等;
“网上有学生不宜阅读的东西，对其有害”中隐含着因果关系,要想到使用原因状语从句；“和朋友联系可以写信或打电话”中隐含着条件关系,要运用if条件状语从句。另外,赞成和反对的理由各有好几条,要想到使用what's more,and，besides 等之类的词。最后一定要给出自己的观点,一两个即可。

The table tells us that 60% of the students think getting online is very helpful. They can get important information from the Internet, which is helpful to their studies. They can make friends through the net. What's more, it's faster and cheaper to send e-mails on the Internet.
But 40% of them think that getting online is a waste of time and money. It is harmful to them because there is something bad for them to read. Besides, they never make true friends on the net, because they don't know each other well. And they think they can phone or write to their friends if they want to.
In my opinion, everything has two sides. So it is for the Internet.Students should use the Internet properly. They can search for some useful information about study on it. They can also play games and listen to music on the Internet as long as they don't spent too much time on it.
