Daisy's short passage
Hi, my name is Daisy and I’m a freshman at Hangzhou Xuejun High School. Going from junior high school to senior high school is a really big challenge.
First, we have more courses than in junior high, and I find maths and physics much harder than before. I’m a bit worried about keeping up with the other students in the two subjects, and it is not easy to get used to the difficult homework. But I will study harder and try to understand all the concepts by consulting teachers or discussing with my classmates.
The biggest challenge I face now is time management. I have joined the Chinese Orchestra and the Drama Club, which makes my life a lot busier. My mom recommended that I should quit one of the clubs. I felt unhappy. Music and drama are my favorite. So I promised her I would try to be more focused so as to improve efficiency, and I believe I will make it.
