In this class, students will obtain information about Canada from the conversation. continue the conversation about Canada and China based on your own travel experiences or the information from this unit. understand the idioms used in the conversation. learn how to express surprise and curiosity, space and position and how to end a conversation naturally.

教学重点： 1. Enable Ss to obtain the detailed information from listening material and improve their listening skills. 2. Enable Ss to learn the important expressions in the listening material. 教学难点： 1. Guide Ss to learn six idioms in the listening material. 2. Guide Ss to make up a conversation about scenery and culture along a journey.

Step 1 Before listening Have a quick review of the background information. Do you still remember who was traveling in Canada Prediction What will be talked about in the conversation From the picture,what can you see Step 2 Listening Listen to the conversation and find out the key words Li Daiyu, Liu Qian and Anna mentioned.
