一、设计思路
1、指导思想。
本课为外研版七年级上册Module5:My school day中核心课,主题是用一般现在时态来描述学生一天的学校生活,主题鲜明,贴近生活,能使孩子们联系自身,身临其境的将生活与学习融为一体。这节课给孩子们提供了很多开口说英语的机会,也很好的锻炼了他们的听说读写的能力及合作交流能力。
2、教学目标。Teaching objectives:
Knowledge objectives:
①掌握以下单词与短语:weekday, start, begin, get up, have breakfast, go to school, start work, have lunch, have a break, go home, have dinner, watch TV, go to bed
②掌握并灵活运用以下句子:I get up at half past six in the morning, and then have breakfast.
Skill objectives:
通过图片学习重点短语与句子,再通过不同形式的任务来阅读理解课文,最后以写作的形式来灵活运用本课所学,并使本课得以升华。
Emotional objectives:
珍惜并享受丰富多彩的学校生活。
3、教学重点与难点。Teaching important and difficult points:
1)、To learn and use some verb phrases.
2)、To talk about or describe one’s own school life.
3)、Be able to join the sentences with “and then”. (会用连词and then)

Step 1:Lead in
Show a group of pictures about the students’ school life.Let the students feel happy and know about this lesson.
用学生们在学校的生活照导课,开门见山,既亲切又拉近师生感情。
Step 2:Preview check
Learn and use the new words “weekday, begin/start”, using preview.Let the students understand and learn to use the two difficult words.
巧用预习检测的方式扫除阅读障碍。

Teach the main verb phrases and help the students to make sentences.The students learn and use the main verb phrases.

四、教学反思
本节课谈论的是Alex在学校的一天,可以说是我们这些孩子学校生活的真实写照,容量很大,因此我利用多媒体辅助教学。
导课环节,很值得大家借鉴,我用的是学生们在学校的生活照,亲切、自然、直入主题,很让孩子们兴奋,为本课的教学创造了很融洽的氛围。
课文教学,图片丰富,内容充实,由易到难,层次分明,学生兴趣浓厚,接受知识很快,师生配合较好。尤其是在课文的处理上,我采取的是三种不同形式的活动,通过任务型教学,培养了孩子们的自主习惯,也锻炼了他们的阅读能力,我也相应的指导了他们不同的阅读方法,很成功,也很出彩!
写作训练,是本节课的升华,体现语言学学以致用的最终目标。我先给予一定程度的示范,让学生感知、体会,再给予具体的要求和必要的提示,最后让学生小组合作续写,在课堂上展示,很棒!
本节课我的收获很多,首先,在教学中我尽可能多地使用英语组织课堂,培养学生用英语思维的习惯,并灵活恰当地使用肢体语言,表现出丰富的面部表情,使学生能够很容易地猜出并理解我的意图。其次,设疑提问时我根据学生的认知水平和理解能力,设计形式多样、富有启发性并具操作性的问题,使自己在课堂上尽量地收放自如。还有,在教学过程中我发现,学生的潜力是无限的,学生的学习能力是极强的。本节课学生在课堂活动中表现积极热情,能够很好地展示自己,不仅增强了参与合作的意识,还更好地提高了自身的口语表达能力,并在交流中体验到语言学习的乐趣,享受英语学习的快乐。因此,教学中一定要将学生置于主体地位。
但是,部分学生在刚开始上课时由于紧张而不能踊跃发言,热身较慢。而我自身多媒体操作不很熟练。因此,在今后的教学中,我应该更注重自身专业素质的提高和现代化教学手段的应用,并与学生更多更好地沟通,使他们学有所得,学有所成,乐在其中!
