Unit 1 What are you going to do at the weekend
一、教学目标:
1、知识目标:
1)词汇:go over , picnic , housework , on , else , nobody , at , nothing , silly ,fantastic
2)句型:What are you / they going to do at the weekend
I’m / We’re / They’re going to …
What is he / she going to do at the weekend
He / She is going to …
2、能力目标:To understand conversations about weekend plans;
To process information of weekend plans in the listening material;
To talk about weekend plans with given information .
3、情感目标:1)锻炼学生有目的、有计划地做事,使学生形成自主学习的能力,养成统筹安排的好习惯。
2)通过互相问答练习,锻炼学生的交际能力,加强同学之间的交流与合作,形成互帮互助的良好学习氛围。
二、学情分析:
学生在小学时已经接触过一般将来时的基本用法,be going to 这一句型他们大部分都能脱口而出。而且学生们对如何合理安排自己的周末非常感兴趣。
三、重点难点:
1、重点:学习Be going to结构描述将来要做的事。
2、难点:熟练准确地运用Be going to结构谈论自己打算做的事。
四、教学过程:
(一)Lead in new knowledge:
1.By using the photos of the teacher , say “ At weekends , I usually help my son with his lessons, and cook delicious food for him .What about you What do you usually do at weekends ”
2. After students answer the question , say “ Everyone wants a relaxing weekend .But what are we going to do at the weekend At first let’s see what Daming is going to do at the weekend .”
(引起学生的共鸣,激发他们的好奇心,让他们积极投入到学习中去。)
(二)Learn the new knowledge:
1. Learn the new word and phrases .
1) Look at the soundmarks , let the students read the new words .
2) Look at the pictures , learn the new phrases.
2. Finish Exercise 1 and 2 in the book .
3. Look at the pictures , and learn the important sentences :
What are you / they going to do at the weekend
I’m / We’re / They’re going to …
What is he / she going to do at the weekend
He / She is going to …
4. Let students tell what the simple future tense is and its constitude.
(让学生养成读音标识单词的习惯)
(三)Guessing game:
By using some pictures , guess “ what … going to do at the weekend ”
(这一环节,既练习了本课重点句型,又让学生得到了放松。)
(四)Listen and answer.
(五)Listen and read in pairs .
(六)Act the dialogue .
Let some students come to the front and act the dialogue .
( 锻炼了学生的口语表达和表演能力)
(七)Do some exercises.
(八)Conclusion .
Let students tell the main language points .
(九)Homework:
1.Review and recite the important points of Unit 1.
2. Recite the dialogues .
3. Write something about your weekend plan .
