go and see a doctor用作动词短语,意为“去看医生”,也可以写成:go to see a doctor。

“have a+身体部位-ache”意为“……疼”。have a headache头疼;have a toothache牙疼;

=My back hurts.我后背疼。

You’d better意为“你最好”,You’d是You had的缩写,后接动词原形,表示建议。

e.g.You’d better not eat too much.
你最好不要吃得太多。
