Using “there be”
We use before a singular noun
or an uncountable noun.
We use before a plural noun.

We use ‘there be’ to show that something exists.
1.概念：there be句型表示“某地有某人/物”。
2.我们用there be来表示某物的存在。
在单数名词或不可数名词前我们用there is。在复数名词前我们用there are.
3.there be 句型中，be动词的单复数形式取决于靠近be动词的名词（就近原则）。
