教学内容分析 The task of module 5 is to help students write a shopping list for a school picnic. This unit is the first unit of module 5. It will introduce some key expressions and the sentence structures about shopping, such as “ What can I do for you ” “How much is it ” .This unit will lay a foundation for unit 2(reading) and unit 3(grammar). 教学资源 PPT, blackboard,handouts 教学目标 By the end of the lesson, students should be able to: 1.grasp key expressions and sentence structures about shopping. 2.apply listening strategies to understand conversations about shopping. 3.learn to care about parents and show thanks to them in their own way. 教学重难点 教学重点 Help students get familiar with the expressions about shopping. 教学难点 How to help students locate the specific information correctly.

Step2 While-listening (18’) 1st listening Activity 1 T asks Ss to listen to the dialogue, and answer the questions: 1.What is Lingling going to buy for her mum 2.What is Betty going to make for her mum 3.When are they going to buy gifts 2nd listening Activity 2 T introduces the factors we need to consider when buying clothes. Then, T asks Ss to listen to the dialogue in detail and complete the table. Activity 3 T asks the question:What do they buy in the market Activity 4 T asks Ss to answer the questions:How much/many do they buy How much should they pay 3rd listening Activity 4 T asks Ss to read aloud the passage and introduces the key words, sentence structures,and pronunciation of several phonetic symbols. Activity 3: Thinking T asks the question:What gift does your mum want from you To consolidate the new words and sentence structures. To improve Ss’ speaking ability.
