【学习目标】 A.语言知识目标: ①单词:artist, crimes, criminal, put, each, differently, describe, another ②句型: He wants to draw a good picture of each criminal. He has long straight black hair and big eyes. B.语言技能目标: ①让学生能积极思维,在生活中灵活运用所学单词,短语及句型。 ②使学生能概括人物的外貌特征或根据人物特征描述来判断猜出是某一人物。 C.情感态度目标 通过对同学、教师或自己偶像友好地外貌描述,让学生在人际交往能多发现别人的优点,从而学会理解他人、尊重他人。
【评价任务设计】 能正确根据语境或图片提示写出单词。(检测目标A) 2.能根据语境和表达规则,正确描述人的外貌。(检测目标B) 3.根据听力材料,获取相关信息,完成相应题目。(检测目标B) 4.创设情境,围绕介绍朋友的外貌做相应对话。 (检测目标B和目标C)
【主问题设计】 What job does Joe do?Why we say it interesting he, it, him, this, they在文中的指代意义。
【教学过程】 Step 1. Lead-in The teacher introduces the job police artist to the students with the help of video. Step 2. Skimming Make Ss read the article fast and silently to find the general idea. Task: 1. Fast reading and get the main idea of the newspaper article. 2. Read again and find the general idea of each paragraph. Step 3: Scanning Make Ss to find the features of the real criminal and mark out the others. Have Ss work in pairs, taking turns to describe the people in the picture in 2b. Step 4: Careful Reading T let Ss read the article carefully and silently to find the specific ideas. Task: 1.write the means of these pronoun he、it、him、this、they、he. 2.Try to understand these sentences 1)Many people don’t always see things the same way so they may describe the same person differently. 2)In the end, the real criminal is a short and heavy old man, and he has short black hair. 3)He wants to draw a good picture of each criminal. Step 5: Free talk and Summary T give a summary and guide Ss to say their dream-look or dream-work after ten more years to consolidate what they have learned in this class. 【主问题处理过程】 Recall the words that learn in Section A. And then describe their desk mate properly. Follow T to learn the new words. Read and finish the task given by T. Find all the features and give out each person in the pictures. Read again and find out what these words refer to. And with the explanation of the T to understand these sentences. Talk to Ss about dreams to exercise.
