B. 能力目标 1)能够运用一般过去时表达过去发生的事情, 并能够对某些事物作出合理的评价。

【教学过程】 环节一:Revision: 1. Show the pictures to the students. 2. Let students answer the questions in groups: What did she/he/they do yesterday 环节二:Warming-up and lead-in 1. T provides a short video about a school trip which can attract students attention and arouse their interest about this topic. 环节三:Pre-reading 1. Prediction T leads ss to predict the main content of this passage according to the pictures and titles. 2. Make students observe these words and put a√ for good and an ×for bad. Leave a blank if they can mean both. _√__interesting  __×__difficult __√__lovely __×__slow 环节四:While-reading 1. Skimming Make students read the two letters and answer the questions. Did Helen and Jim go on the same trip How do they feel about the trip 2. Scanning . Make students look through the two letters carefully. Make students read the two letters and underline the positive adjectives and circle the negative adjectives. 3. Make students look through the chart. Let students read the two letters again and fill in the chart. 4. Make students look through the sentences about the diary entries above. And fill in the blanks. 环节五:Post-reading .Retelling Let students look through the phrases first. Let students use the phrases to retell the two diary entries 环节六:Exercise 环节七:Summary 【主问题处理过程】 环节一: Ss watch the pictures and speak. 环节二: Students watch the video carefully and then answer the questions raised by teacher. 环节三: Students look through these words.
