This side up !
full 作形容词时，意为“满的；充满的”。full of stamps是形容词短语作后置定语修饰前面的名词books，意为“装满邮票的”。full of构成的形容词短语修饰名词时需要后置。

spin 意为“旋转;晕眩”。
He spins it up and down.
他将它上上下下地旋转。

up and down 意思是“上上下下”。
Fish can swim up and down in the water.

turn 作名词时，意为“顺序”。It’s one’s turn to do ... 意为“轮到某人做……”。

含 turn 的短语有:
take turns 意为“替换；轮流”

意为“轮流做某事”。

go through意为“通过,穿过”
through是介词,指空间上“穿过,通过,透过”。
Then it will go through the door. 然后它将穿过门。

take…out of相当于get…out of,
表示“把……取出来”。
