情态动词should的用法
1. should在肯定句中可用来讨论义务和职责或提出建议,意为“应该”。如:

1. must的意思与should和ought to类似,但语气更强或更肯定,表示“必须”之意,常含有命令的性质;should和ought to的语气则相对缓和些。如:

had better用来表示竭力劝告,或告诉人们(包括自己)该做什么事,意为“做……是好的;最好还是”。
had better之后要用不带to的动词不定式,即:had better do,其缩略形式为 ’d better。

通告应言简意赅。通告中常用祈使句、简单句,少用修饰性词语。
关于举办某项活动的通告要列明活动的时间、地点、参与对象、活动内容等基本信息。
对于邀请他人前来参加活动的通告,语言要具有感染力,可配图片,起到吸引注意力的作用。
