2. … you should have plenty of fruit, vegetables and grain products…
plenty of 意为“充裕的;大量的”,可修饰可数名词和不可数名词,相当于a lot of和lots of。
当“plenty of+名词”作主语时,谓语动词的数要与plenty of后名词的数保持一致。
例如:
There is plenty of rain in summer here.
There are plenty of eggs in the market.

treat sb/ oneself to sth 意思是“招待/款待/请某人吃……,给某人买……”。例如:
He treated her to lunch.
他请她吃午饭。
