极限运动
极限运动一般是指借助现代高科技手段，能最大限度地发挥自我身心潜能、
向自身挑战的体育运动。极限运动有很多种，其中徒手攀岩和潜水受到很多人的
喜爱。
徒手攀岩
徒手攀岩要求攀登者在各种高度和角度的岩壁上完全依靠自身力量完成攀
登过程，中间不免会有许多惊险动作，是一项集刺激和优雅于一体的极限运动，被
攀岩爱好者称为“峭壁上的芭蕾”。
潜水
自由潜水是一项竞技性活动，在这项运动中，潜水者们需要尽可能长时间地
屏住呼吸。这项运动涉及许多学科，但最具竞争力的三要素包括在水下待的时间
最长、在水下潜得最远和在水下潜得最深。在整个过程中，是不能使用水肺潜水
设备的，这就是为什么说自由潜水是一项非常危险的运动。
