火灾逃生方法
商场：就地取材
一般来说，商场是物资较为集中的场所，人口密集，物品种类繁多。发生火灾
后，可用来逃生的物资比较多。可将毛巾、口罩浸湿后制成防烟工具捂住口、鼻，
也可用绳索、布匹、床单和窗帘来开辟逃生通道。如果商场还经营五金商品，还可
利用各种机用皮带、消防水带或电缆线从窗口滑下。必要时，可穿戴商场经营的
各种劳保用品，如安全帽、摩托车头盔等，以避免烧伤和坠落物体的砸伤。
按规定，每个商场都应设有室内外楼梯、消防电梯等，发生火灾后，尤其是在
火灾初期阶段，这都是逃生的最好通道。下楼梯时应抓住扶手，以免被人群撞倒。
地下建筑：防烟是关键
地下建筑往往结构复杂，人员高度集中。发生火灾时，火场温度高，烟雾大，
且短时间不易散开，疏散相对困难。
消防专家强调，进入地下建筑的人员一定要对其内部设施和结构布局进行观
察，熟记疏散通道安全出口的位置。一旦发生火灾，人们应迅速撤离险区，尽量低
姿势前进，不要做深呼吸，可能的情况下用湿衣服或毛巾捂住口和鼻子，防止烟雾
进入呼吸道。有条件的情况下，应把初起之火控制在最小范围内，严格按防火分
区或防烟分区，关闭防火门，防止火势蔓延。
影剧院：熟记安全出口
影剧院着火时，由于人多，疏散通道少，给人员逃生带来了很大的困难，因此，

要切记选择安全出口逃生。通常影剧院里都设有消防疏散通道，装有门灯、壁灯
和脚灯等应急照明设备，并用红底白字标有“太平门”、“出口处”或“非常出口”、
“紧急出口”等指示标志。发生火灾时，观众应按照这些应急照明指示设施所指引
的方向，迅速选择人流量较小的疏散通道撤离。
