教后反思:
成功的教学所需要的不是强制而是激发学生的兴趣。”学生只有对学习产生浓厚的兴趣才会专心听讲积极思考。 本节课,我感到我们班中有个别学生有厌学情绪。这其实也不能完全埋怨学生,有很大一部分的责任在于我自身。在平时的教学中,我对于那些学习有困难的学生不是细心的辅导,而是在他们犯错后大声的喝斥。有的时候甚至对他们大打出手。但是对于他们学习中的点滴进步却不能及时的发现并加以表扬,而是把眼光过多的集中在那些优等生身上,久而久之,那些学困生对学习英语失去兴趣,抱着种破罐破摔的态度,因而学习成绩总是搞不上去。 我们常说:“亲其师而信其道”要让学生愿学,首先就要师生情感交融。教师通过自己的一举一动去感染学生,把亲切、信任、尊重、友好的情感传递给学生。要想让学生乐学最重要的是需要教师想方设法发现学生学习中的闪光点,多表扬,少批评,让学生从教师的激励中,体会到成功的快乐,体验到胜利的果实的喜悦,从而激发学生的学习兴趣。
