The relationship between teachers and students has been hotly discussed in recent years in China, 16 Today I would like to share some tips on how to get along well with teachers from students’ perspective.
First and foremost, make a good first impression on your teachers. 17 A good first impression is important for teachers to remember your name among your fellow students.
18 A student who loves studying and cooperates with teachers in class can definitely impress teachers deeply. Students should be eager to learn as well as willing to work hard and it’s important to listen with attention. And it’s more important to learn to raise questions and work out problems in new ways.
Finally, communicate with your teachers frequently after class. 19
In fact, kids who get along with their teachers not only learn more, but they’re more comfortable asking questions and getting extra help. 20 When you have this kind of relationship with a teacher, he or she can be someone to turn to with problems.

B.As the saying goes, well begun is half done.
C.Secondly, study hard and be active in class.

Setting a new personal max is a great way to chart your progress toward your fitness goals.
16 One useful step is to improve VO: max(最大摄氧量), which is a measure of w much oxygen your body can take in and use during exercise. The more oxygen your body can put to use while you work out, the better your performance will be, whether you’re running a long-distance race or playing a sport like tennis or soccer.
17 The first is to build up your aerobic(有氧)base, which is achieved by doing a lot of lower-intensity(低强度)aerobic work. In running, that would mean a lot of long, slow miles, with the goal of building up your distance over time. Doing this increases your overall aerobic capacity(容量)which in turn will help your body be much better at taking in and using oxygen.
Exercise physiologist and Ironman coach Alan Couzens is rich in his experience working with athletes. 18 In it he claims that the largest gains in VO2max tend to come when their training plan includes a lot of lower-intensity aerobic work.
In addition to these long, slow miles, you’ll want to add to some more traditional“VO2 max”workouts, which feature short bursts of high-intensity work at 90-95% of your maximum heart rate. 19
However, although it can be attractive (and feel good) to push yourself every time you exercise,high-intensity intervals(间歇)should only contain a small percentage of your overall workout routine. 20 As Jason Fitzgerald wrote for Outside Magazine, you should avoid long-time work at a VO2 max level, as it is tough on the body. Instead, he advises, “Save most of these intense, specific workouts for the final step of training when you’re sharpening for a race. ”
A.So what’s the easiest way to do that
B.What is the VO max that is accepted during exercise
C.He has had a well-known post in a blog for SimpliFaster.
D.These short, intense bursts will help further push your body’s abilities.
E.There are two general strategies that are helpful for improving your VO2Max.
F.If your performance improves, that’s a sign that your VO max has improved too.
G.If you are preparing for a race, for example, you want to avoid overdoing them too soon.

Tips for First-Time Campers
Nature provides for us in a variety of ways, whether we recognize these gifts or not. But nature isn't just there for us to explore. 36 ____________
Be Prepared: What to Take Camping
While the saying "always be prepared" is a noble enough guideline for activities like hiking and camping, sometimes, less is more. But depending on the area where you're staying, the weather can be unpredictable, 37_______________. Having a simple repair kit and a first-aid kit may save you from minor headaches and injuries, as will doing your homework when planning where to go and what to take camping.
If you're hiking, be sure to bring plenty of clean water along, as well as nutritious foods to keep you going. For coffee, cheap instant coffee packets can lessen the mess. You may also be able to use running water or river stones to keep items cooler longer (or simply use a thermos).
Do Your Research
Become familiar with different trees and what they offer. Some trees provide wood that's good for whittling and making walking sticks and canes. Some wood is good for starting fires, while other wood is good for keeping them going. 38 . You can use pine needles in tea or rub them on your skin if you're trying to be stealthy while hunting deer. If you spot elm trees near a creek or river, you may be able to find the famous morel mushroom nearby — just make sure you can positively identify the mushroom or are with someone who can!
39______________. Some places charge a small fee to park or camp or they require conservation fees to keep the area clean. Depending on where you live, you may want to invest in a metal detector or a boat for a bit of additional fun. You can also purchase a fishing license, which helps keep areas clean and lakes and rivers stocked with fish.
40________________________
I don't like to hunt or party; I enjoy simply sitting on a sand bar at dawn, watching the mist rise from the water. I see and hear all kinds of wildlife, such as deer, owls, bats, birds, squirrels, and beavers. I listen for the beavers making splashes at night with their wide, flat tails. I hear coyotes howling at night too. I've seen cottonmouth snakes and even panther tracks! I love the serenity and the small thrills, the kinds of experiences I wouldn't trade for anything in the world.
A. Go hunting
B. Enjoy Nature
C. you may have to finish your homework
D. and one small hole in your tent can leave you a sleepless mess
E. Wherever you live, there are plenty of free areas you can visit
F. Other trees may provide nuts and fruits, such as pecans, mulberries, and persimmons
G. By following these tips for first-time campers, anyone can engage with nature in a more grateful way
