Have students classify all the sentences and summarize the structural features of different sentence patterns, such as: I’d like a bowl of mutton soup, please. I’d like a cup of tea, please. We’d like gongbao chicken and mapo tofu. Ask students to observe the inductive table of countable nouns and uncountable nouns in Grammar Focus, and discuss the differences between countable and uncountable concepts in nouns in groups. The teacher summarized: Countable nouns have plural forms, and most fruits and vegetables belong to countable nouns; There is no plural form for uncountable nouns, and staple food, meat and drink are mostly uncountable nouns; A few nouns may be countable or uncountable, but their meanings are different. 展示探究,质疑升华 Divide students into two groups and ask them to assume they are waiters or customers.
