单元整体教学设计
单元主题:weekend plan and festival plan
该主题属于“人与自我”“人与社会”范畴,涉及“制定合理的生活计划”和“常见节假日,文化体验”。
教学理论
《2022年新课标》首次使用了“大观念”一词,强调“以学科大概念为核心,使课程内容结构化,以主题为引领,使课程内容情景化”。基于真实语言运用视角,分析教材内容与学生情况,确定学习发展的内容主题,初定真实任务(鲁子问,张荣干,2005)。确定单元大任务和具体的小任务。秉持真实语言运用的语言理念,围绕主题语境,依托语篇,联结英语课堂与真实生活,设计语言、思维、文化相融合的层次性学习活动,使学生在追求达成真实任务成果的过程中学习和尝试运用语言或非语言手段理解与表达意义,实现深度学习,从而培养文化意识,发展多元思维形成学习能力。基于学生学习视角,设定以达成真实任务成果为目标的学生学习过程,以及教师对学生任务成果达成和素养学习发展的相应支持引导过程(张荣干,2017),形成主题意义引领下基于真实任务的任务前、任务中、任务后等阶段及其环节的师生活动流程。
二、单元内容分析
本单元内容围绕weekend plan and festival plan这一主题展开,涉及四个语篇包括两节对话和词汇融合课、一节读写课和一节配图故事课。
语篇一是一节对话和词汇融合课。教材中Sarah和Mike打电话分享他们的周末计划,引导学生合理的制定周末计划。
语篇二也是一节对话和词汇融合课。通过John和Amy打算下周三去电影院看一场关于太空旅行的电影的对话来引导学生在活动前要做好合理计划的意识。
语篇三是一节读写课,通过介绍Wu Binbin和家人的中秋节安排计划,让学生了解中秋节的一些传统习俗,体会节日与家人团聚,共度节日的重要性。
语篇四是一节配图故事课,通过Zoom和Zip讨论学游泳到Zip带Zoom去游泳池学游泳,让学生明白制定计划并且要落实计划的重要性。
三.学情分析——知识基础、认知(心理)特点、生活经验等
经过三年的英语学习,六年级的学生已经有了一定的英语学习基础,且基础较扎实。本单元的教学主题是weekend plan and festival plan。主要学习描述计划的单词和句型。在日常生活中,六年级的学生在五上Unit4 What can you do 学习过相关的活动,如:do kungfu, play the pipa, sing ...; 五下Unit1 My day学习过日常和周末的活动安排,如:do morning exercises, do homework, clean my room, play sports...等。对What/Where/When/Who/How几个特殊疑问词引导的特殊疑问句的问和答有一定的掌握;五下Unit3 学生也接触过What will you do 学生对一般将来时的用法有初步的了解,这些都为本单元谈论和制定计划奠定了基础。

一、语篇研读
What:本课语篇为一篇日记,内容主要介绍Wu Binbin和家人的中秋节安排。
Wu Binbin’s family打算家庭聚会吃大餐,Wu Binbin’s aunt 打算制作月饼,Wu Binbin’s grandma 打算讲故事,Wu Binbin和Robin打算朗诵诗歌。
Why:该语篇通过介绍Wu Binbin和家人的中秋节安排计划,让学生了解中秋节的一些传统习俗,加深对中西方节日文化异同的理解,特别是中国文化,能体会到节日与家人团聚,共度节日的重要性。
How:该语篇为为一篇日记,涉及中秋节计划的词汇,如get together, make mooncakes, tell a story, read a poem; 介绍中秋节计划时使用的核心语言,如“... be going to/will ...”
二、教学目标
通过本课时学习,学生能够:
1.理解文本情境并读懂文本;通过阅读问题训练,在语篇中了解家庭成员的中秋节安排;(学习理解)
2.能运用skimming阅读技巧找出课文中关键词;能理解语篇大意,找出语篇关键,写出文章梗概,根据思维导图或表格复述故事。(应用实践)
3.口头描述自己家庭成员在中秋节的活动,最终写出一篇相关日记。并且能够制定关于其他节日的计划(迁移创新)
