这是一个感叹句,完整的形式 what a big family it is! what 引导的感叹句的基本结构为 what+ a/ an + 形容词+名词+主语+谓语 如:
What a good girl she is! 多好的一个女孩呀!

2. My mum’s parents are on the left, and my dad’s parents are on the right.
on the left意为在左边,on the right意为在右边,是表示方位介词,用来描述位置关系。如:

next to 是一个短语介词,意为在...旁边,紧挨着,后接名词或代词宾格。此句中next to her这一介词短语做定语修饰the woman.介词短语做定语时常常放在被修饰词之后。如:

M2 My family 单元整体教学设计
一、模块主题 本单元的主题围绕“My family”这个话题展开,正好迎合了学生之间想进一步相互了解的心理。本模块的活动围绕着询问他人的家庭和介绍自己的家庭展开,以完成提供和询问别人的信息的任务为目标。
二、模块内容分析 U1通过学习 Is this your mum 从谈论一张全家福开始,介绍了表示家庭成员的单词,对话内容围绕着玲玲询问托尼的家庭情况展开,介绍任务关系,同时也呈现了英语询问他人家庭情况的表达方式。学生能够在真实的语言环境中感知目标语言的运用。 U2通过学习 these are my parents.主要是四位学生写的家庭介绍,内容包括父母的职业和工作产所。 U3主要是围绕 Language in use. 主要是复习巩固本模块的知识点,本模块各项语言结构的综合运用,around the world介绍了西方家庭成员的祖籍。
三、学情分析 同学们有一定英语学习的主动性,思维较活跃,但是语言的准确性有待进一步提高,大部分同学的口语和听力还可以,但是单词,短语和句子书写较慢,阅读能力较薄弱,一般以上的同学在以第三人称表述他人情况时容易犯错。
四、模块教学目标 通过本单元的学习,学生能够: 目标a:能听懂,会说,家庭成员的词汇。 目标b:能听懂,会读,会说句型 this is... these are... 目标c:能初步学会运用本课所学的词汇和句型向他人介绍自己的家庭成员。 目标d:通过本课学习,情感教育渗透下能够激发学生对家有更深刻的感悟,学会爱父母,孝敬长辈。

三、教材分析: What---语篇主题和主要内容 本课教学内容为外研版新标准七年级上册"Module 2 My family "的"Unit 1 Is this your mum 本课的主要学习内容是贴近孩子生活的家庭成员,包括 father, mother, grandfather, grandmother, brother and sister.本课的重点句型是This is my...通过介绍家庭成员以巩固此句型。 Why---语篇传递的主题意义 通过学习课文和学生好老师的对话中让学生能够在真是的语境中学会询问他人的家庭和学会介绍自己的家庭情况。 How---文体结构、语言特点及功能 本节课的活动是围绕着询问他人的家庭和学会介绍自己的家庭展开,从谈论Tony’s family开始,介绍了家庭成员的单词,围绕玲玲询问托尼的家庭情况,介绍了人物之间的关系。

Ask students read the conversation groups. Ask students to work with their group to read the conversation. Ask students to choose the correct answers.全体学生分成4组完成经过听读对话和小组活动,学生间的自主,合作学习,让学生充分实践运用。并培养团联合作精神。独立完成课文活动4Step 6:Underline the correct words. Ask students to read the conversations in activity 4.
