There be开头表存在，真正主语在后头。
地点状语在最后。

否定句：在be 动词后加 not.
is not= isn’t are not= aren’t
was not=wasn’t were not= weren’t
如果句中有some，一般要变成any.and变成or.

There aren’t two books on the desk.
There was some bread in the plate yesterday.
There wasn’t any bread in the plate yesterday.
There is a cat and a chicken under the tree.
There isn’t a cat or a chicken under the tree.
There is not any thing on the table.
=There is nothing on the table.
桌子上什么都没有。
There be 句型的一般疑问句
There is a mouse in the house.(变成一般疑问句）
Is there a mouse in the house
There are some flowers in the garden.(变成一般疑问句）
Are there any flowers in the garden
谓语动词is/are提到句首，句中some要变成any.
对There be结构中的主语提问的特殊疑问句：
What’s +介词短语（介词+地点名词）+ ？
