What did we do at home
Every morning, I will go jogging. Not only will it give me improved heart and lung function, but also it will help build strong leg bones. Besides, I insist on doing sit-ups every night to pratice my waist and improve the muscles in my stomach region. During free time on Sundays, I will do rope skipping. Using only a rope, I can develop my footwork and balance. It’s good for my heart and I will burn a lot of calories without going anywhere. I am determined to do more exercises in my daily lif because regular exercise is the best way to keep healthy.
