一、学情分析:
本节课的教学对象是四年级的学生。四年级学生的英语学习正处在一个承上启下的关键阶段。大部分孩子对英语学习的兴趣比较浓厚,良好的学习习惯也逐渐形成,上课认真听讲,积极发言,基础知识较扎实.然而语言的训练是枯燥乏味的,学生特别喜欢在活动中学习语言。在实践中运用语言,情境的创设给学生提供了进行口语交际的机会。所以在本课中我也创设了一段情景,让学生能在完成一个个任务中习得新知,并突破本课难点。
二、教材分析。
我授课的题目是(Book 7 Module 5 Unit 1)We went to the Great Wall.课型是新授课。本课主要内容是Daming和Sam跟着学校旅行去长城游览后,将其见闻讲述给父亲听的故事。通过父亲与孩子们的一问一答,再次理解语法点——一般过去式,掌握不规则动词变成过去式的特殊变化,这是在前一模块接触到的过去式的基础上,再次感受一般过去式,从而达到自如应用的目的。因此,本课又是重点内容。本课的编写特别符合孩子们的心理特点,情节来源于生活,语言的实践性较强,又具有一定的趣味性,由浅入深,学生乐学。
三、Teaching aims教学目标。
(一)知识目标:
1. 大部分孩子能够听说读写单词went, the Great Wall, saw, ate, had, bought, climb, mountain。部分后进生能够听说读。
2. 大部分学生能够听说读单词biscuit, top, present
3.学生能够听懂、会说目标语句: We went to the Great Wall. We climbed to the top. And we saw lots of mountains. We ate biscuits. So, you had a good time! And we bought you a present.
(二)技能目标:
1.学生能够灵活运用功能语句向别人讲述自己参观过的名胜古迹或发生过的事。
2.培养学生敢于提问,勇于探索、自主学习的良好品质。
(三)情感目标:
1.培养学生热爱祖国大好河山的情感。
2.在教学的各个环节注重培养学生的自主学习能力。
四、Key points and difficult points:教学重难点
重点:1、听说读写的词汇:went, the Great Wall, saw, ate, had, bought, climb, mountain。
2、句子:能在真实情境中熟练运用目标语句:We went to the Great Wall. We climbed to the top. And we saw lots of mountains. We ate biscuits. So, you had a good time, boys! And we bought you a present.
难点:过去时的掌握,尤其是部分动词过去式的不规则的变化。

Step 一: Warm-up .
Greeting.
T: Good morning, boys and girls! Are you happy
Ss:Yes.
T: I am happy, too. I prepared a surprise for you
(show a pictures of the Great Wall)
T: Where is it Ss: It’s...
T: Yes, you are so clever. It’s the Great Wall. 教读词组并让学生跟老师一齐书空。(教师在此时补充完课题,并把长城图贴在白板上)
2. T:Before the class ,I want to divided you into two groups. Daming and Sam are your leads. (介绍分组情况和评比栏)
[设计意图:顺势引出评比栏,跟今天课文内容相关,能提高孩子们积极性。]
Step 二:Leading
1.T: Let’s chant .(用之前学过的跟过去式有关的韵律诗来复习 旧知)
T:What did you do yesterday Ss:I finished/washed...
T:Let’s play a game,EYESPY .( 快速闪现图片,要求学生回答出What did they do ,反应快的小组能爬上一层阶梯)
[设计意图:复习一般过去式的规则动词,为接下来学习不规则动词打基础。]
Step 三:Teaching
T:I have got a friend ,pink pig. Do you want to know what did she do yesterday Ss: Yes. (播放粉红小猪动画)
T:What did they do yesterday Their school had a school bus trip. Teach : school trip ( ppt 展示图片)
T: (CAI)Where did they go They went to the mountain.
(CAI) show the new word: went (T puts the word on the blackboard.)Practice "went".(Students read together first,then read one by one.) teach word:mountain ( two by two)
(CAI) T: Its friend is "go", it means go.(T puts the word go on the blackboard.)
Practice "go-went".(Students read together.)
Teach: climb--climbed climbed to the top (让学生跟着老师边做手势边读该词组)
T: Can you guess how long From botton to the top
S1: It took them _____ minutes. Teach: take ---took
T: What did they see on the top They saw lots of mountains.
S1: They saw some beautiful plants.

Practice "saw".(Students read together first,then read one by one.)

用类似回看粉红小猪视频的方式教授:eat--ate,biscuit,have--had,buy--bought,present
[设计意图:用孩子们熟悉的粉红小猪来引起他们兴趣,告诉孩子们小猪的学校正好昨天去了趟旅行,通过观看该视频,能把本课新单词和目标语句贯穿始终学完,让孩子们在玩中学。]
T:We will listen to the text twice.The first time,please listen carefully and think about four questions:
Where did they go What did they see
What did they eat What did they buy
12.听完一次课文后回答PPT上的问题。再跟FLASH读一次,最后师生玩配音游戏。
13. 看黑板,齐读本课重点单词,以及重点句 (都已板书在白板上)
Step 四: Practice
1.T: Boys and girls, you did a very good job in this class. Let's see what we’ve learned in this class.
T: From the dialogue, we know Damming and Sam had a school trip. Can you help them to make a thinking map.(课件出示思维导图)
T:Lingling and Amy went to the London.Can you make a thinking map about their trip Ss: Yes.
Step 五: Extension:
小组合作,运用刚才学过的短语和句子来描述一次自己学校的旅行。(小组合作,复述学校旅游经历,将知识与生活相联系。)
拓展说出自己以前去过的一次旅行。
2.Our country is beautiful. We love China.
(从长城引导学生们认识到祖国的历史,进而激发学生的爱国热情。)
