辨析whether与if
whether 在动词discuss和介词后作宾语一般用whether。
在引导主语从句、表语从句、同位语从句时，通常用whether。
if 除了“是否”的意思外，还有“如果”的意思，引导条件状语从句。
whether和if引导含有疑问语气的宾语从句时，一般情况下可以互换。
