Step 1. Warm-up:

Step 2. Pre-reading
Present the title of the article, "Should We Fight New Technology " and discuss what students think the article might be about.Encourage students to share their predictions based on the title and any initial thoughts they have.
Step 3. While- reading
Activity 1. Divide the class into pairs or small groups.
Assign different sections of the article to each group for detailed reading.Instruct them to identify the main arguments and supporting details in their assigned sections.
Ask groups to highlight or discuss any unfamiliar vocabulary related to technology.
Activity 2. Have each group present a summary of their assigned section and discuss the viewpoints presented.
Lead a class discussion by posing questions like:
What are the benefits of resisting new technology, as discussed in the article
What are the benefits of embracing new technology, as discussed in the article
Can you think of any other examples where people resist or embrace new technology Why
What factors might influence a person's stance on new technology

Step 4. Post-reading
