完全倒装
1.将here,there,now,then等地点或时间副词置于句首, 谓语动词是be,come,go,remain,lie,run等,且主语为名词时,用完全倒装。Look! Here comes a bus.看!有辆公共汽车来了。
Then came a stranger with a black hat.然后来了一位戴着黑帽子的陌生人。There stands a xxx in xxx.
2.表示运动方向的副词out,in,up,down,away等置于句首,谓语是表示运动的动词,如leave,walk,run,rush等,且主语为名词时,句子要用完全倒装。
Down came the brown waterfall of hair.棕色的头发瀑布般地披下来。
3.表示地点的介词短语位于句首或强调地点概念或为保持句子平衡,且句子的谓语是表示存在意义的动词(lie,stand,exist,live,sit等)时,要用完全倒装。
In front of the classroom stands a tall tree.教室的前面有一棵大树。
1. 看,来了一个男孩。
2. 下雨了,伞都撑起来了。
3. 大树下坐着一个男孩,正在读书。
4. 快点!公交车来了。
1. Look,here comes the bus.
2. Down came the rain and up went the umbrella.

过去分词作状语
一、过去分词(短语)作状语时,其逻辑主语通常就是句子的主语。过去分词(短语)作状语一般都用逗号同其他成分隔开。
1.作时间状语时,可转换为when或while等引导的从句,通常放在句首。
Seen from the top of the hill(When it is seen from the top of the hill), the school looks like a big garden.
2.作条件状语时,可转换为once, if, 或unless等引导的从句,一般放于句首。
Given more attention(If it was given more attention), the fire could have been avoided.
3.做原因状语时,可转换为because,as 或since等引导的从句,多放于句首。
Encouraged (=As she was encouraged) by the teacher, the girl was very happy.
4.作让步状语时,可转化为though,although,或even if引导的从句。
Left(=Although she was left)alone at home, Jenny didn’t feel afraid at all.
5. 作方式或伴随状语时,常可转为并列分句
Surrounded by his students, the teacher went into the lab..(The teacher was surrounded by his students and he went into the lab.)
