注意 ：
1）教师在教授above时，应提醒 ( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )学生注意区分on与above的使用情况，虽然两个词意思都为“在……上面”，“在……上方”，但above是指两物体之间没有直接接触的，而on则是有直接接触的。教师可以用动作说明这两者的区别，如：
教师拿起一本书放在讲桌上，意思为“书本在书桌 ( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )上”，写为The book is on the desk.教师拿起一本书举在讲桌上方，那么则写为The book is above the desk.
3）教师在教授单词between之后，可以再进行一下补充，如句子

There be句型的“就近原则”
Thee be句型的主语是be后面的名词或代词,所以be动词的使用要与主语保持人称和数的一致,当句中主语为单数形式时，be要用is,主语为复数形式的时候,be要用are.
There be句型遵循“就近原则”,即出现并列主语时,be动词要与它最近的主语保持人称和数的一致。
例:
There are many rivers.
There is a pen and two erasers in my pencil box.
There are two erasers and a pen in my pencil box.
小知识
There be句型可译“有”,
be动词跟着名词走。
名词单数不可数,当用“is”记清楚。
如果名词是复数,用“are”一定要记住。
出现并列主语特殊记, “就近原则”用仔细。
