2. 能独立完成checkout time中的练习，了解序数词的用法，生日的日期和活动。

课前：了解本课的学习目标
1.I can name some birthday activities.
2.I can ask and answer questions about dates.
3.I know the sound of ‘th’.
Step 1 Revision
1. Quick response: review the activities about birthday.
2. Let’s review: story time. review the activities about Su Hai’s & Mike’s birthday.
3. Let’s discuss: What else do you do on your birthday
Ticking time: I can name some birthday activities. 同桌互评
Step 2 Checkout time
1. Let’s review: the dates of birthdays.
2. Review the structure of date: on the ____ of _____ .
3. Let’s summary: 基数词、序数词、月份。
4. Ask and answer: When’s your birthday It’s on the ____ of ____ . What do you do on your birthday We usually... .
Ticking time: I can ask and answer questions about dates.
Step3 Sound time
1.What can you see in the picture I can see... (father/mother)
2.Listen and fill: father, mother, the, tall, pretty.
3.Follow the tape
4.Can you say more words with”th”
5.Can you read these words: brother/another/health/them
T: T: Look at these words: this, that, father, mother. What does “th” pronounce？
Ss try to read and say.
6.I have some new words, try to read them.(PPT呈现新单词)
7.Ticking time:I know the sound of ‘th’.小组内检查读并评价。
8.Finish “ write and say”;
9.Finish “ make and say”: Draw and make a birthday card.
Step 4 Picture book
Enjoy the pictures and words about the love from our parents and learn to love them.
Homework
