语篇分析 What: 本课时是一节阅读课，语篇的情景是吴彬彬和Mike看完电影后想去意大利餐厅吃饭，但是他们不知道路线，于是他们在Robin的带领下，经过了书店、医院、最终来到餐厅，Robin之所以能够这么清晰、详细描述路线，是因为吴彬彬的爷爷给他安装了新的功能—BDS。Why: 通过学习本课的内容，了解从古至今辨别方位的方法，理解语篇内容，养成良好的阅读习惯，完成相应的读写任务，激发学生的民族自豪感，体验科技改变生活。How: 通过图文提示，在教师的引导下，学生了解从古至今辨别方位的方法，拓展生活常识；通过略读、精读等阅读方法理解对话语篇大意，掌握feature的内涵，了解从cinema到restaurant的路线，并完成相应的读写活动，感受个别语句的语音、语调；通过前面设计的地图，扮演“导航人”，以第一人称的视觉导航路线，感受核心语言的语用价值，进一步感受BDS的强大功能，体验科技改变生活的乐趣。
教学目标教学重点、难点 通过视频感知本课时的主题内容，了解从古至今人们辨别方位的方法，以问题为引领，理解语篇对话内容，能在语篇中捕抓不同类型的信息，掌握compass, BDS, star, feature，far, tell give/gave, follow, works一词的发音和意思，完成相应的阅读理解题；（学习理解）通过听读和复述等系列活动，继续感知核心语言的语用和语义，掌握句子的升降调朗读规律，进一步了解中国北斗卫星导航系统（BDS）的用途，增加民族自豪感，体验科技改变生活；（应用实践）基于地图和语言框架开展写作活动，以“导航人”来介绍路线和实时的位置，培养学生运用英语解决问题的实际能力，提升学生的写作水平，进一步体验BDS的强大之处。（迁移创新）难点：学生能够正确流利的朗读个别句子，体会句子中的升降调规律，完成写作部分的练习活动。
