standing in the street是现在分词短语作感官动词see的宾语补足语,强调动作正在进行,句子的宾语是它的逻辑主语,与分词短语存在逻辑上的主谓关系。 常用于“感官动词+宾语+宾语补足语”这一结构的感官动词有:see,watch,hear,observe,feel等。 宾语补足语有三种形式:现在分词、(省略to的)不定式和过去分词。现在分词表示动作正在进行;(省略to的)不定式表示动作已经完成,或是经常发生;过去分词表示被动。
