类型 引导词 用法及例句
原因状语从句 because 表示原因，可放于主句前，也可放于主句后。
eg：He didn't come here because
he was ill.
他没来这儿，因为他病了。
状语从句(2)：原因、目的和结果状语从句

原因、目的和结果状语从句的用法如下：

目的状语从句 so that 表示行为的目的。
Eg: He went to school without breakfast
so that he wouldn't be late.
为了不迟到，他没吃早饭就去上学了。
结果状语从句 so 主句表示原因，从句表示由于该原因而导
致的结果。
eg：He worked too hard so he fell ill again.
他工作太努力了，所以又病倒了。
1.目的状语从句通常由so that 引导。从句中 通常有can, could, may, might等情态动词。
eg：I hurried through my work so that I could be in time for
wonderful TV programmes.
我匆匆完成我的工作，以便能够及时收看到精彩的
电视节目。
2．so that与so一词之差，前者引导目的状语从句，后者引导结果状语从句。从句动词也有区别：目的状语从句表示未来、可能性，而结果状语从句表示已经发生。
【易错点】
eg: We got up early so that we could catch the early bus.
我们早早地起床，以便我们能赶上早班公交车。
He wanted to help patients, so he became a doctor.
他想帮助病人，所以他当了医生。
