Task 3 Checking my eating habits
Task description
Pupils record what they eat in the next three days and then write a report on their eating habits.
Learning target(s)

Task steps
Read the rubrics carefully with the class. Practise the language needed for the task. Revise the text type ‘reports’ on page 22 of the Pupil’s Book with pupils.
Part A
Pupils record the food they eat in the next three days on the task sheet. Tell pupils to write down the quantity of each kind of food in the table.
More able pupils could record the food they eat for a week.
Part B
Pupils write a report about their eating habits on the task sheet. They write about the quantity of the food they ate at each meal. Then they compare the food they ate on different days.
You can tell less able pupils to refer to page 22 of the Pupil’s Book for the content of the report.
Record the food you eat in the next three days.
