Task 4 My pupil record form
Task description
Pupils fill in a pupil record form. Then they work in pairs and ask each other questions about their partner’s parents and talk about their class teacher.
Learning target(s)

Task steps
Read the rubrics and examples carefully with the class. Practise the language needed for the task and demonstrate the steps by using the pictures at each step of the task.
Part A
Pupils write their personal information on the form.
Part B
Tell pupils to get into pairs. They take turns to ask each other questions about their partner’s parents.
More able pupils could ask more questions and give more details about their parents’ jobs.
They also talk about their class teacher. Tell them to use language they have learnt.
