Task description
Pupils bring some funny family photos and show their partner. They tell their partner what the people in the photos are doing.

Task steps
Read the rubric and example carefully with the class. Practise the language needed for the task and demonstrate the steps by using the picture in the task.
Before the lesson, ask pupils to bring some funny photos of their family members.
Pupils get into pairs. They show their partner the photos they have brought. They introduce the person(s) in the photos and talk about what the person(s) is/are doing and where they are.
More able pupils could stick the photos in a scrapbook and write captions about the photos.
