【写作指导】
在写作过程中要明确以下几点:
1. 作文要求是写一封电子邮件,要注意电子邮件的格式;
2. 作文开篇要简洁阐述写这封电子邮件的目的——帮朋友Simon找到解决方案,所以重点应该是写解决方案,不要过多地写问题,导致作文头重脚轻;

When I was in primary school, I was very fat and didn' t like doing exercise. I felt tired and bored when doing any kind of exercise.
