从句虚拟语气动词时态的形式:
1). 从句表示与现在事实相反,谓语动词用一般过去时(be动词用were)。

2). 从句表示与过去事实相反,谓语动词用“had+过去分词”。

He talked about Rome as if he had been there before.
3). 从句表示与将来事实相反,谓语动词用“would/could/might+动词原形”。

4). 若as if从句所表示的内容为事实或可能为事实,则从句动词用陈述语气。
例句:
It looks as if it is going to rain heavily.

完全倒装的几种情况:
1). 为保持句子平衡或使上下文紧密衔接而将表语位于句首时。

2). 表运动方向的副词或表地点或时间的副词there, here, now, then放在句首,且谓语动词是come, go, follow, fall, lie, remain, stand 等表移动或状态的不及物动词,且主语为名词时。

3). 由介词短语作状语前置到句首表强调,或保持句子平衡时。
例句:
By the window sat a young man with a magazine in his hand.
