学情分析
本本次教学面临的是刚刚升入五年级的学生, 在心理特征上,五年级的学生活泼好动、对新话题充满兴趣,喜欢表现自我勇于挑战;在知识上,五年级的学生已有了四年的英语学习基础,已经具备一定的英语学习能力,较好的听、说、读、写英语的习惯已基本养成。他们生性活泼好动,好奇心强,模仿力强,对新事物有着强烈的好奇心,探索知识的欲望很强烈。,能够准确地理解简单的课堂用语,自主学习能力也有了很大的提高。由于学生们在以前的内容中接触过形容词,已经初步掌握了其功能,在此基础上他们更容易进入本单元的学习。
二、单元整体设计思路
围绕单元主题,深挖各课时话题,本单元学习的主题是“介绍老师同学的特征”。本单元要学习的核心词汇:表示特征的一些形容词和描述个人特征的相关句型。语篇核心词汇核心句型学习内容学习时长学习目标A learnkind, young, old, funny, strictWho’s your ... teacher Is he/she ... 本节课是词汇篇, 主要学习描述人物性格特征的形容词, 根据图片, 音频, 书写等让学生从听觉、视觉直观感知本节课的核心词汇和句型。通过自主发表看法和意见,让学生在交际中巩固所学内容,从中体验、实践、交流和探究语言,达成逐步熟悉词汇的意义和功能再通过和同学之间谈论同学的性格,学会尊师爱友。
教学过程
核心素养教学目标 能在图片和文本语境的帮助下,听懂、会说、会认, 会写单词hard-working, helpful, polite, clever, shy等.能在教师引导下,运用句子What’s ... like He/She is...对他人性格特征等相关问题进行问答.完成Ask and answer部分,能就某人的特征进行问答通过游戏和小组合作等活动,学会与他人合作学习的能力。并能有意识地运用所学字、词、句,培养“说英语”的能力完成课堂练习, 巩固所学内容
