According to a survey, more than one billion young people are at risk of hearing loss (失聪) in the world 1 listening to loud noise for long periods of time. Listening to music or watching a TV show at loud volume can harm your hearing.

Once upon a time, there lived a rich king. But the people weren’t happy with their king because the king was very lazy and didn’t do any exercise. He spent days and weeks and months eating or sleeping. The king became fatter and fatter, and the people started to worry about the king. His enemies made fun of him, calling him “fatty king”.
One day, the king realized that he couldn’t move his body, not even his foot. The king invited doctors from many parts of his country to make him fit and gave them a lot of money. Unluckily, none could help the king to get his health and fitness back.
One fine morning, a wise man visited the country. He heard about the health problem of the king and said that he could help the king. Hearing these words, the people became very happy. They requested the king to meet the wise man.
The wise man lived in a place far away from the palace. Since the king could not move his body, he asked the people to bring the wise man to the palace, but the wise man refused. He said that the king had to go to visit him on foot in order to get well.
After great efforts, the king reached the wise man’s house. However, the wise man was not at home and his neighbour asked the king to come and meet him the next day.
This lasted for two weeks and the king never met the wise man, and never had any treatment (治疗).
Slowly, the king realized that he felt a lot lighter, lost some weight and felt more active than before. He realized the reason why the wise man asked him to reach his place by walking.
