名词的所有格
表示所属关系，即表示某物是“谁的”。名词所有格常见的结构有两种：
’s 所有格
表示有生命的人或动物的名词所有格, 单数名词和不
以 s 结尾的复数名词一般在词尾加“ ’s”。
如: Kate’s cat 凯特的猫 Children’s Day 儿童节

(2) 名词后加“ ’s” 表示所有, 意为“……的”。
如: This is Tom’s book. 这是汤姆的书。
以s结尾的复数名词只在词尾加“ ’”。
如：the students’ book 学生用书

(3) 如果表示两(几)个人共同拥有，在最后一个名词的词尾加“’s”：
如: Eric and Cindy’s father 艾瑞克和辛迪的父亲
(两个人的父亲是同一个人)
(4)如果表示两(几)个人各自拥有, 则须在每个名词后都加上“’s”：
Jane’s and Helen’s rooms 珍的房间和海伦的房间
(两人各自拥有一个房间)

(1)无生命事物名词的所属关系，一般常用
“of ＋ 名词”来表示，即 of 所有格。如：
a photo of my family 一张全家福
the name of the tree 这棵树的名字

它们物主的位置不同。如：
狗的名字是甜甜。The name of the dog is Tiantian．

介词on, in, at 表示时间时的用法
on 用在具体的星期、日期前， 还可表示在具体某一天的上午、下午或晚上。 on Monday 在周一
on June 4th 在6月4日
on Friday morning 在星期五上午
in 可以和morning，afternoon，evening搭配， 还可以用在年份、月份、季节前。 in the evening 在晚上
in 2020 在2020年
in July 在七月
in winter 在冬天
at 常与“钟点/时刻”搭配， 表示 “在具体的某一时刻”； 还可以和noon, night搭配。 at 9:00 在9点
at noon 在正午
at night 在夜晚
on接具体某一天

介词on, in, at 表示时间时的用法
在早上 in the morning

表示在早上/下午/晚上，要用介词 in，但是如果表示 具体某一天的上午/下午/晚上，介词要用on，在具体某个时刻就用at

How old are you
how old意为“多大年纪；几岁”，常用于询问年龄。回答时可以直接用基数词表示，也可以用“基数词 + year(s) old”表示。
What’s ... age ”和“How old is / are ... ”意思相同，可互换。如：
What’s your age
= How old are you 你多大了？

序数词的用法
1) 序数词前一般要加定冠词the。
2) 序数词常用来修饰名词，但当名词前有形容词性物主代词等限定词时，序数词前不用定冠词。
3) 表示分数时，分子用基数词，写在前面；分母用序数词，写在后面。当分子大于1的时候，表示分母的序数词要+s。
