1. 在书写英语字母时，每个字母都应向右倾斜，约为5°。且大写字母都占上中格，可顶第一线。
2.字母Ii ～ Rr中Ii 和Oo是元音字母，其余均为辅音字母。
知识讲解
(1) 元音字母Ii, 在“I + 辅音字母(r除外) + 不发音的e”这一重读开音节中，读字母本身的读音 ，如：bike, nice等。
元音字母Ii, 在“i + 一个或几个辅音字母(r除外)”这一闭音节中，通常读短音 ,例如：this, six等。
(2) 元音字母Oo 在重读开音节中读字母本身的读音 , 如：no, hello等。
元音字母Oo在闭音节中读短音 , 例如：not, box等。
