一、教材分析:本课选自外研版英语第三册,Module 4 Unit1. 本模块的主题是Food. 主要语言功能是要求学生通过学习谈论有关食物的话题。它承接第二册已经学习过一些食物单词如meat, rice, noodles, fish基础上,继续展开话题, 主要学习Do you want some rice Yes, please./ No, thank you. Here are noodles with tomato and egg ,and noodles with meat and potato. What do you want 以及其答语 …, please.等。从食物谈到中西方饮食文化的一些差异。题材非常生活化,是学生感兴趣的话题之一,学生能学以致用。
二、学情分析:、经过三年级一年的英语学习,学生们掌握了一定的英语语言知识,初步形成了一定的听、说、读、写的能力,学习策略也得到了不同程度的发展,学生们对英语仍保持较高的学习兴趣,但仍不能长时间集中注意力。
三、教学目标:
语言知识目标 (1)全体学生能理解并运用单词:juice, ice, also, Chinese fast food, make, tomato, egg, potato (2)大部份学生能理解并运用句型:Do you want some… Yes, please./ No, thank you. Here are… with… and…with…, What do you want …,please.
语言技能目标 (1)全体学生能听懂本节课学习的主要句型。(2)大部分学生能正确运用本课所学单词和Do you want some… Yes, please./ No, thank you.点餐。
情感态度目标 (1)通过本节课的学习,学生对中西方饮食文化的差异有进一步了解。并了解西方点餐的礼貌用语。(2)全体学生积极参与各种课堂活动,并积极运用所学英语进行表达和交流。
学习策略目标 (1)通过英语小游戏,活跃学生思维,积极参与课堂学习活动。(2)通过看动画,听录音,感知文本内容,学会捕捉文中重要信息的技巧。 (3)通过小组合作,积极与他人合作,相互帮助,共同完成学习任务。
四、教学重、难点分析
1. 教学重点 单词:Juice, ice, also, Chinese fast food, make, tomato, egg, potato 句型:Do you want some… Yes, please. / No, thank you.的运用。
2. 教学难点:(1)Do you want some… Yes, please. /No, thank you. (2)____with ____的用法 (3) 用Here are… and …来介绍几种食物

1. 任务型教学法:让学生带着问题看课文及小组采购活动。
2. 以旧带新教学法:运用学生已有知识经验,在自由交流中自然导入。
3. 情境创设法:创设合理的情境,进行语言操练。

七、教学过程
Warming up
1.Greetings
2. Say the chant:Noodles and rice are very very nice, Mm Mm Mm, very very nice.
3.新词ice和juice, also的教学
课件出示noodles 和rice 图片 。
(1)ice的教学 T: We all know noodles and rice are very very nice.( 引导学生说出nice,课件出示nice)When ‘n’ is missing, how to read the word.(课件出示ice,并引导学生通过rice和 nice 的发音规律,读出ice的发音)教读新词ice。
(2)also的教学 T:Oh, here comes ICE’s new friend, J and U, how to read the word, (课件出示juice老师教读新词juice.)Is juice with ice nice, let’s listen and find the answer.播放活动一动画视频,学生看完视频后引导学生 回答 Juice with ice is also very nice,教授新词also.让学生打开课本跟读一遍。
【设计意图】:利用学生三年级所学过的chant导入新知,并让学生通过单词的读音对比,找出发音规律,进行语音教学渗透。
Presentation
1.Chinese fast food 的教学。
(1)T:Noodles and rice, Juice with ice. They are all food. What’s the meaning of food. 单词卡片出示并学习。Pay attention to the pronunciation of ‘oo’
(2)2. Brainstorm: What food do you know
(3)课件出示一些中国的传统食物和一些西方的食物,让学生快速说出。 T: Wow, they are all nice food! And we can eat them fast(做动作).So they are fast food. What’s the meaning of fast food Hamburger, chips, sandwiches are English fast food. Rice and noodles are Chinese fast food.引出Chinese fast food并教读。 并问学生Do you like Chinese fast food
【设计意图】:通过食物的对比让孩子对西式快餐,中式快餐有直观的了解,从而加深对中西方文化差异的认识,也为下一步课文的学习做好铺垫。
2.课文的学习
(1)看第一遍课文视频,T: How about Amy Dose she like Chinese fast food What food does Amy want Watch the video and answer the question: “What food does Amy want ”
(2)学习本课重点句型。学生回答出答案: noodles后,T: How do you know it How does Daming ask First Daming asks: Do you want some rice (通过课件图片引导学生说出No, thank you. 并板书,教读单词want和some) Then Daming asks: Do you want some noodles (同样通过课件图片引导学生说出Yes, please. 并板书)并用句型Do you want some ?提问几个学生,
(3)操练句型。 Guessing game:
T: little Tom is hungry now, please guess what little Tom like Look at the pictures, by using “Do you want some… Yes, please. /No, thank you.” to ask him. 课件里的声音会说出: Yes, please. /No, thank you.
(4) 学习句型He is making noodles 。
T: Amy wants some noodles. But where are the noodles. Look at that man. What is he doing 引导学生说出He is making noodles. 课件出示课文做面条截图。教授单词make 并让学生对单词cake/take/lake/make做读音比较。教读make— making
看图片操练 T: What’s he/she doing S: She is making a cake./ He is making a kite. /She is making juice. (5) 学习本课难点‘Here are noodles with tomato and egg and noodles with meat and potato.’
(5)学习用Here are… with… and…with…来介绍几种食物
T:Amy wants some noodles, what kind of noodles does Amy want -Here are noodles with tomato and egg and noodles with meat and potato. What does Amy want (让学生看第二遍视频) 课件出示答案noodles with tomato and egg, please.并通过课件图片让学生明白with和and的含义,并教读tomato和egg. Amy wants noodles with tomato and egg, so Daming wants noodles with meat and potato.用同样方法教noodles with meat and potato.
(6)操练Here are… with… and…with…并学习句型what do you want ”
①T: Here are noodles with tomato and egg and noodles with meat and potato. What do you want 引导学生回答他想要的。并教读句子,What do you want
T: OK! Whole class please ask Ms Chen What kind of noodles I want 指着课件呈现的句子:Here are noodles with tomato and egg and noodles with meat and potato. What do you want 让全班同学问。
②课件呈现出几幅米饭和面条加有菜的图片,和学生进行对话,
T: Here are rice with meat and rice with fish. What do you want S: …, please.让学生同桌之间就着图片互相问答 并在课件上呈现此句型 A: Here are… and … What do you want B: …,please.
【设计意图】:利用课文创设的情境,把本课重点句型呈现,让学生在情境中感知,在情境中实践,培养学生的语言运用能力。同时大面积、高效率的机械操练能让学生掌握新的词汇和句型,为下一步有意义的实际操练奠定语言基础。
(7) 跟录音读课文。
(8)分角色朗读课文,Boys are Daming, Girls are Amy.
Practice
课件展示本篇课文,里面的重点处空了出来,让学生复述课文。
Production
设置一个情景,生日宴会上,主人热情的招待客人,客人礼貌地回应。六人小组内进行练习,然后展示,评出最佳表演小组,并把食物卡片作为奖励。

【设计意图】:根据学生年龄特征,喜欢表演,乐于展示,通过设计这个环节,既联系了本模块所学的重要知识,又借助多媒体使孩子进入了真实的语言环境。
