【教学目标】
(1)能够听、说、读、写单词:may, excuse, OK, borrow, two, three, store, later
短语: excuse me, a book, two pencils, three crayons, at the store, thank you, etc.
(2)学习用英语表达借东西的意愿并作肯定和否定回答。
(3)能够听、说、运用句型:
May I ... / Here you are. / I don’t have any ...
(4)能够用正确的语音、语调朗读课文中的对话。能运用所学知识与他人问候交流,进行英语日常交际。
【教学重难点】

难点:掌握并且运用一些借物用到的句型。

Danny: May I borrow two pencils, Jenny
Jenny: Yes, you may. Here you are.
Danny: Thanks. May I have three crayons, Jenny
Jenny: Sorry, Danny. I don’t have any crayons.
Danny: That’s OK. I can go and buy some at the store. I can get some for you, too. Goodbye!

通过听录音,跟读录音,分角色朗读,集中学生注意力,提高听读的效果,巩固所学的知识。
Language points:
1) Excuse me. May I have a book, Jenny
詹尼,请给我一本书好吗?
Excuse me. 此句型常用于打扰别人或请求别人帮忙时。意为“打扰一下”。
“May I … ”表示说话人请求对方的许可,询问是否可以做某事。
2) may /mei/ v. aux. 情态动词,没有人称和数的变化,
其后必须加动词原形。“May I … ”是表示请求的句式,
主语一般用第一人称I。其结构为“May+主语+动词原形+其他 ”。
e.g. May I come in 我可以进来吗?
回答有以下几种形式:
肯定形式:OK./Sure./Certainly./Of course./Yes, you may.
否定形式:Sorry./No, you may not.
borrow /’b r / v. 借,借入,常和from连用。
e.g. —May I borrow your pencil, Jenny
詹妮,我可以借你的铅笔吗?
—Yes, you may. Here you are.
是的,可以。给你。
I don’t have any crayons.
I have some crayons.
表示“一些”。some用于肯定句,any用于否定句和疑问句。
e.g. There is some water in the bottle.
