Plan what you'll say
Before the speech, the first thing you should do is to take some time to prepare what you are going to talk about. It's also a good idea to think about what questions the audience(观众) may ask and how you would answer them.Being prepared means that you'll not make a mistake so easily.
Practice, and then practice more

Think about your fear
Think about what might happen if something goes wrong, whether it's falling on stage(舞台) or forgetting your words. And you'll realize that it wouldn't be as bad as you think.
Take some deep breaths
This can be very helpful. When you feel nervous, take two or more deep, slow breaths. It will greatly make you relaxed and help the speech go well.

What do you think of pressure(压力) Is it a good thing or a bad thing Most of the students think pressure is bad for them in some ways. There is a story about a fourteen-year-old boy called Frank in a middle school. He even gave up his study because of the pressure from school and family. We also usually hear that people ask doctors for help because of heavy working pressure. It is not surprising that some people think pressure is dangerous. On the other hand, other people think that pressure is not bad. They believe pressure can produce momentum(动力) in the end.For them, right attitudes(态度) and actions can make pressure useful. When I was a child, my mom always pushed(督促) me to study hard. She wished I could go to an excellent college for further education.I experienced pressure for the first time.Born in a poor family, I deeply knew life was not easy for us, and everything my mom did to me was just to hope I could live a better life in the future. As the saying goes, “No pain, no gain.” I did what my mom wished because I didn't want to let her down.At last, I made it and went to college successfully. In this way, I don't think pressure is a bad thing. All in all, pressure is not a bad thing in ourselves. The key is how we deal with it.
