课堂导入:
Do you know how to ask the clerk at the supermarket for help when you want to buy something (呈现教课书图片。)
听录音,学习第一部分内容。
文本内容:
Li Ming and his mum are shopping at the supermarket. Mrs. Li wants to buy some fresh vegetables. Li Ming wants to buy a T shirt.
Clerk: Hello, may I help you
Mrs. Li: Yes, please. I am looking for the potatoes. I can’t find them.
Clerk: They are next to the carrots. I’ll show you!
Mrs. Li: Oh, I see the potatoes! Thank you.
Clerk: No problem.
Li Ming: Excuse me.
Clerk: Yes What can I do for you
Li Ming: I’d like to buy a T shirt. But I don’t like green. Do you have any red T shirts
Clerk: Yes! They are over there. Please follow me.
Li Ming: Oh, I see them! How much is this T shirt
Clerk: 65 yuan.
Li Ming: OK, I will take it. Thank you very much.
Clerk: You’re welcome.

Language points:
1. What can I do for you 我能为你做些什么?
此句型常用于商店售货员询问顾客时,同义句为“Can/May I help you ”。What can I do for you 的答语一般为“I want/would like to ...(我想……)”;Can/May I help you 的肯定答语一般为“Yes, ...”。
2. How much is … ……多少钱
所问价格的物品是可数名词单数或不可数名词
How much is/for+a/an/the+可数名词单数/不可数名词?
—How much is/for your shirt
—It’s 150 yuan.
——你的衬衫多少钱?——150元。
3. I’d like to … 意为“我想要……”,“I’d like to”是“I would like to”的缩写,是一种客气表达自己想法的说法。
e.g. — I’d like to try on that blue wool coat.
— I’d like to buy a skirt.
4. I will take it. 我买了。
take 在本句中的意思是“买”,相当于buy,常用于口语中。
e.g. I want to take five apples. 我想买五个苹果。
5. They are next to the carrots.
next to 紧邻;挨着
e.g. Come and sit next to me on the sofa.
6. No problem. 没问题/别客气。
e.g. —Can I use your phone
—No problem. You can use it any time you like.
7. 数词的用法
four—forty five—fifty six—sixty
seven—seventy eight—eighty
nine—ninety hundred
注:one hundred 一百
two hundred 二百
three hundred 三百
几百就用“基数词+hundred”。
