【教学目标】
（1）能够听、说、读、写单词：corner, money, clerk, fridge, twenty, pass。
（2）掌握和运用购物的句型, 能学会用所学英语句型在便利店购物。
（3）能够听、说、运用句型：1) Please go to the corner store for me.
2) Here is some money. 3) Can I help you 4) I have many bottles of coke, some juice and some tea, too.
（4）能够用正确的语音、语调朗读课文中的对话, 能运用所学知识与他人问候交流，进行英语日常交际。
【教学重难点】

难点：能学会用所学英语句型在便利店购物。

Step 1 New words and expression.
(1) corner [’k :n ] n. 角；角落
You can go to the English corner to improve your spoken English.
(2) money [’m ni] n. 钱
Money is important, but it can’t buy everything.
(3) clerk [klɑ:k] n. 店员；办事员
A clerk is someone who works in a store.
(4) fridge [frid ] n. 冰箱 (=refrigerator /ri’frid reit /)
A fridge is a large container which is kept cool inside, usually by electricity, so that the food and drinks in it stays fresh.
(5) something [’s mθi ] pron. 某物；某事
problem [’pr bl m] n. 问题；难题
There is something wrong with my bike.
The energy problem was very important.
(6) clerk [klɑ:k] n. 店员；办事员
twenty [’twenti] num. 二十
pass [pɑ:s] v. 传递；经过；路过
More than twenty clerks have passed by me since I entered the supermarket.
通过单词游戏，引出要学习的新知，引起学生的兴趣，然后利用学生的迁移能力，引导学生自读单词，培养学生的思维能力。

What would you like
Mrs. Dinosaur: Danny, please go to the corner store for me. I need some milk. Here is some money.
Danny: OK, Mum.
(At the store)
Clerk: Can I help you What would you like
Danny: Hmm. What would I like Let me see … I’d like some juice … some coke … and some tea, please.
Clerk: OK. Juice and coke are in the fridges. And the tea is over there.
Danny: Great! I see them. Thank you.
(At home)
Danny: Here you are, Mum. I have many bottles of coke, some juice and some tea, too.
Mrs. Dinosaur: But Danny! Where is the milk
Danny: Sorry, Mum! The clerk asked, “What would you like ” He didn’t ask, “What would your mum like ”

20 bottles of water on the wall, 20 bottles of water.
Take one down. Pass it around.

通过听录音，跟读录音，分角色朗读，集中学生注意力，提高听读的效果，巩固所学的知识。
Language points:
1) What would you like, please 请问你想要些什么？
这是表示委婉地向别人征求意见的句子，可直接用“I’d like …”回答，其否定回答是“No, thanks.”。例如：
—What would you like, please ——请问你想要些什么
—I’d like a cake. ∕ No, thanks. ——我想要一个蛋糕。/不，谢谢。
would like表示“想要”，比want更婉转，但有些时候二者可互换。would like在口语中常说成“’d like”, 可用于所有人称。例如：
I’d like (to drink) some water. = I would like (to drink) some water.
=I want (to drink) some water. 我想喝点水。
2) Danny, please go to the corner store for me.
丹尼，请为我去一下便利店。
① the corner store 便利店，街角小店
Do you want to go with me to the corner store
② corner 名词：角落，拐角处
in the corner 在角落里
in the corner of 在……的角落里
English Corner英语角
There is a chair in the corner of the room.
在屋子的角落里有一把椅子。
3) Here is some money. 这儿有一些钱。
money 为不可数名词，意为“钱”。
很多钱：much/lots of/a lot of money
I will take some money to the market for vegetables.
4) Take one down. 取下1瓶。
take down动词短语，意为“拿下，取下”。动词+副词结构，人称代词作宾语时应放在中间。名词作宾语时，放在中间后面都可以。

5) pass /pɑ s/ v.传递；路过；经过。
e.g. Pass the book to me please. 请把书递给我。
常用短语pass sb. sth.＝pass sth. to sb.意思为“把某物递给某人”。pass around意为“分发；传送”，around为副词，遇代词时将代词放在中间，所以只说pass it around。
常见短语：pass on 转交；传给
pass by通过 pass away去世
