Analysis of the Teaching Material 本部分在Section A所输入语言的基础上，利用表格形式梳理出本单元的语法学习要点。包括：1.常见频度副词(always，usually，often，sometimes，hardly ever，never)及其在句子中的用法；2.单位时间内次数的表达方式(once a month，twice a week，every day..);3.询问课外活动的问句(What do you usually do on weekends )和答语；4.询问活动频率的问句(How often.. )和答语；5.询问某人是否从事某项活动的问句和答语。
Analysis of the Students 通过本单元第一课时的学习，学生们对复习运用频率词汇always, usually, often, sometimes, hardly ever, never及How often do you exercise？询问活动频率已经有了一定的了解，同时也对谈论发生课余时间的各项活动保持着较高的兴趣。本课时围绕日常活动这个话题探讨活动频率，本话题与学生生活息息相关，有助于学生更自然有效地表达。询问某人是否从事某项活动时，是对一般现在时表述行为习惯用法的复习，而同学们经常会出现助动词添加错误的问题，学习过程中要特别注意。
Analysis of Teaching Objectives Language ability 1.复习运用频率词汇always, usually, often, sometimes, hardly ever, never及How often do you exercise？询问活动频率。
2.一般现在时态的熟练运用。
Learningability 1.询问课余活动的问句（What do you usually do on weekends ）和使用频率副词表达的答语。2.询问活动频率的问句（How often… ）和使用单位时间内活动频率次数的表达方式的答语。
Thinking quality 通过本单元的学习，培养学生的逻辑表述能力，激发学生的积极思维，并使学生互相了解，增进友谊，加强人际交往，以形成良好的人际关系。
Cultural awareness 通过本课的学习，养成健康的生活方式和饮食习惯，保证充足的睡眠时间，进行合理的运动锻炼，以保持健康的体魄。
Teaching Points 重点：1.使用频率副词表达的答语。2.频度副词的用法：always；usually；often；sometimes；hardly ever；never…难点：1．一般现在时态第三人称单数谓语动词在此核心句型中的运用。2能够谈论课余时间的各项活动，以及初步认识和使用频度副词。
Teaching Procedures Teacher’s Activities Students’ Activities Intention
Step 1Warming up Enjoy a nice English song.(always, usually, often, hardly ever and so on) 关注歌曲中的频率副词，并且让学生说出来。 让学生欣赏并学唱英文歌曲，有助于放松缓解压力，消除前一节课的影响，使学生尽快融入到英语课堂教学中，同时创造良好的课堂气氛。
Step2　Lead－in Review the conversationShow the Chinese translation of 2d and ask students to say the English sentences.Pair work Show some pictures about the weekend’s activities. Then make the conversations. 回答老师提问。问一答完成小组对话。带领学生更好的感知频率副词。 检测上节课的学习效果，并巩固已学知识。边展示图片，让学生感觉到比较生动的画面；一边让学生回忆起以前学的内容。由此引出Grammar Focus中的目标语言。
Step3 Grammar Focus Read and circle the adverbs of frequency. 学生大声朗读Grammar Focus, 并且圈画出频率副词。学会尽可能快的捕捉关键信息。 利用表达信息来练习询问活动频率的问句（How often… ）和熟练使用单位时间内活动频率次数的表达方式的答语。
Step 4 Grammar Focus Read again and pay attention to the underline words. 再次阅读Grammar Focus, 结合屏幕上的划线单词，复习一般现在时的各种句型的表达方式。两人一组大声读出来。 学生们，按老师指导的方法进行阅读，并逐句推敲组成正确的特殊疑问句，并理解掌握特殊疑问句的句式结构，在实际的运用中提高自己的阅读能力、分析能力及综合运用能力。
Step 5Exercise Work on 3a1.Let students read the questions and the answers in 3a.2.Tell students to complete the questions with “do” or “does”．3.Ask students to match the questions and answers.Then check the answers together. 写练习，学生熟练掌握一般现在时态中疑问句的问答，问句和答语中的人称代词应该匹配，所用动词也应该一致；
Step6　Exercise Work on 3b1．Ask students to use the words given to write questions.2．Let students ask and answer the questions with a partner.3．Select some pairs to share their questions and answers in class. 学生独自完成3b以后，然后和同伴完成话。 学生按“特殊疑问词+ 一般疑问句？” 的结构来构成句子。在实际的运用中提高自己的口语交际能力、分析能力及综合运用能力。
Step7　Exercise 　Work on 3c1．Divide the class into several groups and let students discuss how to improve their English in groups.2．Ask students to add more things to the chart in 3c.3．Tell students to ask their classmates questions and find the best English student.4．Choose several groups to report their results in front of the class. 小组合作完成任务。 小组活动可以调动学生的学习积极性，并且让学生相互交流，练习口语表达，还能加深对彼此的了解。再次锻炼学生的观察和总结能力；明确做题要求后，可以减少学生不必要的错误。
Step 8Summary Summarize the key content in this lesson. 跟随老师一起进行内容总结。 总结本课所学内容，利用思维导图给学生进行有序的梳理。
Step9Homework 1. Make sentences with simple present tense and frequency adverbs, no less than five.
